2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active 88fd account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. 88fd uses technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, 88fd may close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88fd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 88fd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

4.1 Accepted Methods. 88fd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard Debit, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

5.1 Bonuses and promotional offers made available on 88fd are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are communicated at the time of each offer. These bonus-specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5.3 88fd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering requirements already in progress for existing eligible users.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent the spirit of wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
6.1 All casino games available on 88fd are provided by licenced third-party software suppliers and are governed by the rules and return-to-player (RTP) configurations set and certified by those suppliers. 88fd does not alter game outcomes.
6.2 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 88fd will attempt to reconstruct the outcome of the affected game round using server-side records. Where a reliable reconstruction is not possible, the affected stake may be refunded at 88fd's sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

11.1 88fd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated via a notice on the platform and/or by email to your registered address. 11.2 You may close your 88fd account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any outstanding balance (after settlement of all pending transactions and bonus forfeitures where applicable) will be returned to your verified payment method.

12.3 If informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by 88fd's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
12.4 Nothing in this clause limits 88fd's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or curtail prohibited activities or intellectual property infringement.
